Delivery

R 350,00 per order, regardless of how many sets you buy or where you are. A set of rims weighs upwards of 40kg, and most couriers price that by distance — we would rather quote one number you can trust than surprise you at checkout.

We deliver within South Africa only, and to street addresses only — not to PO boxes, which cannot take a pallet.

Most rims leave us the next working day after your payment clears. Some are ordered in specially, and those take longer — where that is the case it is stated on the rim itself, in the cart, and again at checkout, before you pay.

Once collected, the courier typically takes 1 to 3 working days to main centres and 3 to 5 to outlying areas. Those are the courier’s timeframes, not a guarantee we can make on their behalf.

If an order contains both a rim we hold and one coming from elsewhere, it may arrive as two deliveries. We tell you before you pay, and you are only charged one delivery fee.

We email you a tracking number as soon as the courier collects. If your order arrives in two parcels you get a tracking number for each.

Look at the packaging before the driver leaves. Rims travel well but couriers are couriers.

• Count the parcels against the delivery note.
• If a box is crushed, torn or visibly damaged, note it on the driver’s sheet before signing. Signing clean makes a damage claim much harder to pursue.
• Photograph anything that looks wrong, packaging included, before you unpack further.
• Tell us within 48 hours so we can lodge a claim in time.

The courier will attempt delivery and contact you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failed attempts may be charged to you by the courier, so please give a phone number you actually answer during working hours, and a delivery note about gate codes or complex access if that applies.

We sell rims, not fitting. Any tyre fitment centre can mount and balance them. Please confirm fitment before anything is mounted — see our returns policy for why that matters.
