Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

Last updated 11 August 2026

1. Who you are buying from

This website is operated by Martech Solutions (PTY) LTD, trading as Rimz. Your contract is with that company.

2. Prices

All prices are in South African Rand and are shown per set of 4 rims, which is how rims are sold here. The per-rim price is shown alongside so you can compare.

Prices include VAT at 15%. A tax invoice is issued for every order.

Delivery of R 350,00 is added at checkout, and is free on orders over R 0,00. The total you approve before paying is the total you pay. There are no later charges.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Your price is the one shown when you checked out.

3. Placing an order

Adding rims to your cart does not reserve them. When you reach checkout we hold the stock for 30 minutes so it cannot be sold from under you while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time the hold is released and the rims go back on sale.

A contract of sale comes into being when we accept your order, which is when we confirm your payment by email — not when you submit the form.

Very occasionally we may be unable to accept an order: a pricing error, a stock discrepancy, or a delivery address we cannot service. If that happens we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We will not quietly substitute a different product.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number — it does not pass through this website.

Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full.

5. Product information

We publish full specifications for every rim and take care that they are accurate. Photographs are representative; finishes vary with lighting and screen calibration, and a machined face in daylight will not look exactly like the studio photograph.

Fitment is your responsibility to confirm. Specifications are supplied as a guide. Vehicles vary by model year, variant and previous modification, and we cannot know what has been done to yours. If in doubt, ask us or your fitment centre before ordering.

6. Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered in our delivery information, and your rights to cancel or return in our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Where a term here conflicts with those Acts, the Act wins.

7. Warranty

Rims carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your statutory rights.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Kerbing, pothole damage, or any other impact damage.
  • Corrosion caused by acidic or caustic wheel cleaners.
  • Damage from incorrect fitment, wrong nuts or bolts, or over-torquing.
  • Normal wear, or finish deterioration from age and road exposure.
  • Rims modified, refinished or repaired by anyone other than us.

8. Limits on our liability

We are responsible for supplying rims that match their description and are free of defects. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example the cost of a hired car, lost earnings, or a missed appointment — arising from a late or failed delivery.

This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Using this website

The content of this site — text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to us or our suppliers. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

You may not scrape the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to place fraudulent orders.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
